| Statement: I am exploring various modes of expression through painting. Currently I create both representational and expressionistic art work. I make commissioned portraits of children and adults in both oils and pastels. I also draw landscapes and figures--both animal and human, as well as abstract dream imagery to convey my message or vision. I begin with a clear drawing and then add color and form with paint and other media.
